...See more Me and my fiance of 5 years recently split up as I find it really hard to speak about my emotions and I find it even harder to feel and understand them. She has tried to help me so many times but there is still a block in my that stops me from expressing them as I don’t have the words. I want to be better for her but I don’t know how to learn to understand. Anybody got any help please? She’s my whole world and I can’t lose her forever
