...See more I really need help in stepping away from this grip that fear of abandonment has on me. My relationship with my husband is emotionally abusive, and before I could take it, happened only approx 4x a year. But ever since Covid started the fights became more frequent. I have OCD/Anxiety making this even worse. When fear of abandonment is triggered the amount of anxiety I get is I think not even close to normal. Pls help.
