...See more Hi y’all! im 32 years old, mother of two, 5’10” 260 lbs hoping to lose 60! I realized I have a eating problem. I love to eat, but I eat fast and I eat until I’m full. I know the problem, I try to control myself but when I’m in the moment of eating something so delicious I eat more of it. This has been me for a long time now. No self control. Why do I do this? I KNOW I’m not the only one here! Please let me know your thoughts of this behavior, God bless Jackie
