Big social event tomorrow

...See more Hey everyone, So tomorrow I have a large social event- a family wedding. Its currently 23:40 and we have people arriving at the house we are staying in at 9AM. I dont know these people. Theyre all friends of the groom, they are getting ready here then we are all making our way to the church, from there we are going to the reception where we are staying until 4AM on Saturday morning, Ill then return to the house with my family, sleep, wake up and we are going for another large social event on Saturday evening. im feeling really anxious about it all this evening, Im anxious because its my cousin getting married so Ill know a few people there probably around 20 people but the other 140 will be strangers to me and that makes me very anxious. Im anxious because I wont have any alone time for the next few days, Im going to be surrounded by people at all times. Im anxious because I dont know the venue so if I have a panic attack I dont have a safe room which I usually find helps me. I feel really sick and scared, I need to get some sleep but I cant sleep because my mind is racing. I dont really know what to do and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on dealing with this sort of situation
