...See more Had a panic attack when I saw my ex she was at my house hanging out with my cousin I feel hurt and betrayed by my cousin I miss this ex and have been already feeling down and reached out to her the other day and was told to stop contacting her so tomorrow to remove any toxicity im going to see if i can get a restraining order i dont know if I can dont know if this is even the right move but I need to feel safe and with my past exes I'm honestly scared yeah sounds weird coming from a big guy but there is a lot that scares me
