...See more I feel like I can’t function without music or some sort of talking. On top of that my adhd causes me to get bored with a specific song or playlist very quickly and I am constantly on my phone switching videos or songs. I can’t sleep without some sort of instrumental music which is fine for me but keeps my girlfriend awake. I just want to be able to put the phone down and be content with the world around me.
