Need advice about trauma PLEASE!

...See more Not sure how to go about this but any advice helps. My daughter had been through sexual assault by her father and when i found out we handled it and hes now serving time in prison. Since she's told me we have faced a few issues shes struggling and resfuses to see a couselor. Ive tried keeping her involved in activites at school and am always letting her know how proud we all are of her but she said she feels like she is never good enough no matter hard she tries, ive tried reassuring her and keeping open communication. She also feels like no one loves her or wants to spend time with her. I have 4 kids and so my attention isn't always focused on her. Im here hoping another parent has gone through a similar issue and can help me navigate on how to help her cope with the trauma without the couseling. Any ideas? Please nothing negative the journey has been hard enough. Thank you!!
