Hi, I am really glad you have came across me on 7Cups, I was told of this amazing app when I was in treatment for depression and suicidal thoughts and now, I would like to take my experiences and help other people who feel like me. I am always around and willing to talk, no matter what. I am a survivor of sexual abuse, physical abuse, and mental abuse and just like you, may deal with bouts of depression and loneliness on a regular basis. As I am told by many people, I have a "save the world" attitude, and want to help as many people who are feeling down as I can. Let me help myself, by letting me help you.
