...See more Hey there everyone! I'm Jon. I've been struggling with getting out of the bed and making the most of my days. I work a flexible job with shifts that don't start until later in the day, allowing me the option to sleep in. However, I've been feeling down a good part of this summer and find myself staying in bed, whether its sleeping or being on my laptop. I used to be into making music, surfing, and doing things that better my mood and make me a more productive person. But recently, I have been struggling with finding the motiviation. Anyone got any advice on how to overcome this? Thanks
