Hello! I'm a 22 year old student from Iceland. I've been through a lot of things in my life and I would now like to help others who might be experiencing something similar. Feel free to send me a message, I'll try my best to help you :) I've spent seven years of my life in and out of mental institutions and tried all kinds of therapy. I'm still working on healing myself. I have experienced depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD and an eating disorder so I have quite a bit of experience with a wide variety of mental issues. Maybe that will help me to understand you, at least I hope so.
