...See more I've been dealing with signs of OCD for years now. My brain would suddenly be like "if you do not do this certain thing your whole family will die" and Everytime I get that little thought I have to rebuke it. Then, I get in this weird loop of rebuking it over and over and over again. It's to the point of major mental distress. I have no idea what to do.
