I really need help
I've been dealing with signs of OCD for years now. My brain would suddenly be like "if you do not do this certain thing your whole family will die" and Everytime I get that little thought I have to rebuke it. Then, I get in this weird loop of rebuking it over and over and over again. It's to the point of major mental distress. I have no idea what to do.

That sounds exhausting.
Have you thought what might behind those thoughts? Maybe a fear of loss, losing those most important to you? Maybe a fear of letting others down or of failing them? Fears are very powerful. Until we look at them and realise that the fear itself can't do anything, unless we act on it. It's OK to be afraid. Particularly relating to things that are really important to us. In fact, it's really very normal. Although most people don't want to admit to it.
So how about trying something different? If what you are doing doesn't feel like it's working for you, maybe now is the time to try something different? What happens if you do nothing and just acknowledge that you are afraid? And that it's OK? Can you wait long enough for the fear to go away? Dare it to outlast you?
That's really valid. I realized I am really terrified of my family getting hurt, and I know that I just have to accept that, because there is nothing I can do accept praying I suppose. It sucks too because I get so panicked over nothing if it isn't exactly how it's supposed to be, or how I think the universe wants it. It's like if I don't do that certain thing than I'm going to be punished with a bad outcome, whether to me or others. Im just going to try my best to ignore these intrusive thoughts.
