I'm an older woman with lots of compassion, and I'm comfortable talking about a variety of mental health issues.  I've been through a lot with my own bipolar disorder so I can offer real empathy.  Message me if you'd like to chat.  Please note:  I will not tolerate explicit or inappropriate sex talk.

...See more I'm a little late in posting this, but I wanted to let you all know about the ICAD challenge. Basically, the idea is to do something creative - writing, art, whatever - on an index card every day in June and July. That's it. There are specific prompts that you can use but you don't have to (there's no "have to" with this challenge). It is free to participate, and no registration. I have never met a listener quite like Sophia. She has helped me through a very difficult time, and without her support I wouldn’t be where I am now.
