...See more My name is Haleigh, I'm an 18 year old Native American. My sisters and I were abused by our step-dad. I was 7, my sisters were 5 and 4. And his innocent son was born in 2005. It started with him yelling at us when our faces faced the direction of the TV. He even watched our younger sister bathe to make sure she was washing up, when she wasn't, he would go into the bathroom and yell at her. My other sister and I were in my room when we heard her crying and gurgling water. It got worse when we moved into his dad's old trailer house. He made us sleep straight and we were not allowed to move, we had to wait for him to wake up, he would stand in the doorway of our bed room and stand there, if we moved or even check if he was still there, he would kick us and tell us to go back to sleep. We had to ask him to get a drink, he would make us stand up against the wall with our noses touching the wall. If we got snot or spit on the wall, he would hit us. He called us stupid bitches, morons, worthless, and dumbasses. We had to practically serve our younger brother. And he grew up watching his dad treat us like shit he bullied us and we fought back, his dad would blame us and he gets away with it. I tried to commit suicide at the age of ten. My younger sister was recently diagnosed with depression, the youngest one out of us hates taking showers and baths. It's subconsciously in the back of her mind, what he did to her.
