...See more hi guys, so I am not really sure if I have an eating disorder but lately I just have been feeling very guilty whenever I’m hungry or I noticed that whenever like eat I’m like scared to eat because I feel like I’m eating way too much even if I probably haven’t maybe eaten anything that day, my friends always pick on how I always eat and I think it’s really affecting me a lot and I don’t really know what to do. Does anyone have any advice or anything that would help or maybe I could get answers to. I’m just not sure if I should go to the doctor.
