...See more Every Sunday I'm left sitting in my bed, unable to focus on school, unable to really comprehend my reading, and constantly wanting to eat. The motivation to leave my room just gets lower and lower as the day goes on. I search the internet for strategies and stories to get through this time, but I end up getting more upset—less happy with myself—and developing an even deeper hatred for my own being. My creativity is missing, my adventurousness is gone, and my personality is lacking. I feel like I'm unable to socialize with anybody new or even talk to my friends the way I need to. I'm desperate for something to change me and help me become a person I am happy to be.
