...See more Living with ADHD is hard for me because I am on no medication so it makes it harder for me to keep friends and relationships because I've been called "Crazy Katie" and in my mind I feel like I've been thrown in a jail cell to where I'm just stared at like an wild animal. With my birthday coming up I feel like outside that cage is birthday stuff

...See more I grew up feeling invisible, with no friends and constant bullying that made even the simplest days feel unbearable. Moving didn’t help—new schools brought new faces, new challenges, and more of the same cruelty. Amid all this, I endured traumas that no child should ever face, experiences that left me feeling powerless and broken, and at fifteen, I nearly lost myself completely. Yet, even in the darkest moments, I kept searching for reasons to be happy, clinging to the smallest sparks of hope, learning slowly that survival doesn’t mean living without pain—it means finding strength in the scars and the quiet moments of resilience that remind me I am still here, still breathing, still fighting for a life I deserve. I also lost my grandparents at 18 and 21. My grandfather died a week before my 21st bday
