Living with ADHD

Living with ADHD is hard for me because I am on no medication so it makes it harder for me to keep friends and relationships because I've been called "Crazy Katie" and in my mind I feel like I've been thrown in a jail cell to where I'm just stared at like an wild animal. With my birthday coming up I feel like outside that cage is birthday stuff

No one should ever call you crazy .
And you are not something to be looked at or studied.
ADHD is a part of you, it's not all you ate, it doesn't define you, and you are not less than anyone else, don't forget that 💜 💕
