...See more Sorry this is going to be a bit lengthy. I have always struggled with panic attacks from since I was 7. Im almost 15 now and from the past 4 months I have this huge fear of death, and changes in life. It started when I was cuddling with my cat, and I started to spiral which led into a huge panic attack which went on for ages. It stopped for a while and lately it has come back. It surrounds about not wanting to grow up, when my parents will die, coping with life changes. I’m super stressed out and can’t sleep, it stops me from eating and I become sick. I’m worried that if I don’t do something soon, life will be too much to manage and I’ll crack. What should I do?
