I am pleasantly surprised by the kindness and professionalism that was displayed by Koda throughout the entirety of our conversation. They were extremely helpful in aiding me through a problem I was having within my relationship, without coming across as judgmental. They were extremely easy to talk to and gave wonderful feedback that aided me in my problems and even was willing to talk again if I ever needed more help or wished to keep the situation updated with them. It was truly a wonderful experience.
