...See more About two weeks ago I was telling the therapist a hospital admission would be nice to get a break from the stressors. So instead of an inappropriate admission, I went on a road trip with my dog Phebe to break from daily responsibilities for a few days. Phebe and I went on a 4000 mile road trip. The trip was had its up and downs, especially after driving long hours. Thank God I kept my behavior in check! The best news is I accomplished another item on my bucket list!

...See more Being my income is recieved from one source, I worry about the nation losing ability to pay seniors snd thiseon disability. Inflation worries the heck out of me, because it's already hard keeping food on the table for everybody.

...See more I'm screaming the wife's name in panic because the dwarf goat has thin wire rapped around his anke! So in the end I had to settle Buck down, attemp calmness to untie the wire knott! Buck and the wife are fine, I'm finished the episode.

...See more Back in the day, I'd get a "fix" when making a major purchase. And later the pain would arrive because the bill could not be paid. Anxiety, depression and stress had be looking for that "fix;" It took all day and a talk with sales to realize buying the product would be another invitation to long term pain.

...See more Been living the rural life about eight years. Going into town for groceries and chit-chat has decreased. Taking a neighbor into town for appointments has changed too. No more chit-chatting in the waiting areas.
