Been living the rural life about eight years. Going into town for groceries and chit-chat has decreased. Taking a neighbor into town for appointments has changed too. No more chit-chatting in the waiting areas.

The present situation with covid has impacted so many areas in our lives. I wonder whether this is one of the reasons you're having less contact atm? Living in a rural area is surely different and can make someone feel isolated or even lonely. I hope coming here and joining the group support rooms for discussions or chats with help to stay connected. Are you having any friends or other support system irl?
Btw what made you relocate to a rural area?
