...See more Sometimes I have bad anxiety to the point where it's overwhelming suffocating and instabilitating I feel depressed like I'm at my lowest point then I get so angry that I don't know what to do but I feel like I'm blocking out because I feel lost and defeated swears I'm walking around like a chicken with my head cut off what can I do to improve my self and better manage my anxiety and stress and anger
