Life can be really hard sometimes, and I am passionate about being a listening ear and supportive friend to all. I try to help destigmatize mental health struggles, because they are something that everyone goes through at some point in time. Personally, I have encountered many hardships and mental health illnesses. I have ADHD, anxiety, depression, and am recovering from Anorexia Nervosa. I am proud to be in my third-year of medical school. It is ok to not be ok and know that you are never alone. Take a deep breath and give yourself grace!
