I don't know what to do

...See more I've been struggling with depression badly for a few months and I did all the right things - saw a GP, started meds, got a therapist. Things improved but I feel like I've been stuck in the same place for weeks now. It's getting harder to make myself take the meds. I missed 2 days, then yesterday I took 3 days all in one go. Not enough to cause real harm but I know I shouldn't have done it. It didn't have much effect and now I kind of want to do it again, but take more. I don't know if I should get back in touch with my GP or what they would do (I'm in the UK). I have no desire to end my life. I think I just want to feel physically unwell. I feel like its a waste of a doctor's time.
