We have the ability to listen compassionately but do not give advice. Just chatting really helps. You can also get help on the growth path. It includes short and calming exercises that help you grow stronger. I recommend taking one step a day. Remember that, even though advise is really simple to give and easy to get rid of, you know yourself more than we do; you are the expert on you.
