Hi! My name is Lanier and I am here to listen. 7 cups is a safe, judgement-free zone for you to express your feelings. I have struggled with my own mental health issues and want to help others going through similar (or different!) experiences. I studied Art and Psychology and plan to go back to school to become a licensed Art Therapist next Spring!
