Sweet and assertive, I would give 10 stars if I had it. The listener made me feel safe to share and take some heavy emotional weight off my shoulder and helped me decide to call a therapist - he offered to talk to me again if I need so I don't have to revisit a sensitive subject with another stranger. Made me feel like a real person was talking to me, and not a robot.
