I am a college student who has battled depression since middle school, along with anxiety and sleep insomnia. I believe that listening to people who struggle with the same struggles I have will let me get a better connection with them and offer advice that has worked for me over the years. I am a down to earth person and will never judge anyone who wishes to speak to me.
