Getting back together potential

...See more Hey guys, So my ex and i were together for 1 hear and a half. I loved him very much and he loved me. But for the past 7 months hes been more distant with me than before. I am anxiously attached and i need alot of love and reasurance to feel alright. Without it i feel lost, unloved, cant eat, sleep or study. I communicated this with him many times and he promised to change but je just didnt. Hes been really loyal to me. He loves me so deeply but he stopped expressing that to me which really messed me up. I broke up with him yesterday because i felt sadness to the point i felt i wished i was dead. He got angry with me and said he will never get back with me and find a new girl. I know he didnt meet my emotional needs but i cant help but wish that he would apologize and try harder. I am sitting here desperstely wishing and hoping he will come back to me and fix everything. Ehat should i do? How should i deal with things? How can i change my mind?
