Confused and conflicted

...See more I've been seeing this man about 10 months. He's given me some ambiguous language. He's said he loves me. But then will say, I love you as a person. He says he doesn't feel he's crazy about me but has crazy feelings. Says he's not in love with me. Doesn't feel the same way I do. But wants us. Is trying. Is broken and scared. And I feel scared and confused a lot. He recently asked me to move in. But I feel like I still don't know where he stands. Moving in is a big deal. For both of us. We both stepped away from people we were living with. It's been hard. But I didn't need to pick apart my feelings. I knew I was pretty crazy about him. I knew I wanted to see where things could go. I care about him. I love him. But I just don't know how to approach him about things. I don't want to keep bringing things up and push him away. But I also don't want to hear I love you from someone if they're not in love with me. And playing pretend? What is even happening? Are you just with me because you're lonely?
