Unstable/communication issues/tired/break??- any advice is huge.

...See more My boyfriend and I met 3 years ago in college and have been together ever since. We’ve been through a lot together. We’ve seen & helped each other at our worst. I’m currently at my worst and I don’t think he knows how to help or what to do. I’ve been dealing with anxiety & depression for about 5/6 years. I’m currently at a low point right now and I’m unintentionally taking out on him & our relationship. I know he is not responsible for my happiness, I am. But frankly, I don’t know how to make myself happy anymore. We both have explosive personalities, which makes communication pretty tough sometimes. I just don’t know what to do, we don’t live together, I just, I don’t know. I’m not even really sure what I’m looking for here. I guess I’m just tired of being tired, of never catching a break. He doesn’t take responsibility for his faults. He talks and says A LOT. But his actions never defends what he saws. I’m huge on “actions speak louder than words” & “if he wanted to, he would” ... I think I’m just rambling at this point.
