...See more I've found that it is easier to process my emotions when I just accept that I feel a certain way. By denying the feeling and trying to get rid of it, the feeling just becomes stronger. Observing what my body feels and trying to figure out why seems like an effective strategy. Has anybody else done this type of exercise before? What were your experiences?
