Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am an active listener and support adults only who are suffering from depression, anxiety, PTSD - particularly those who find it difficult to talk to close ones about their difficulties. I have also helped and listened to those who have been suffering from exam stress and anxiety. I am here to listen and be there for you in your hour of need. I offer between 30mins to an hour session although if you feel you need more time, then please let me know before the sessions. I do not take personal requests for chats nor engage in sexual chats.  If I'm not available, please feel free to message me. Glad you are here and Im here to listen and support you.

Very good listener
She has a heart of gold, I can't remember how she helped me, she just had a manner that meant I felt safe and valued. She didn't do much, but she never had to, she was so polite, kind, caring and compassionate which made everything so much easier to deal with :) I hope she's my listener for a long time to come because she is awesome!!!
