...See more I don't think I've had a normal relationship with food since I was about 12. Its been so long, I'm scared it's too late and I have to live this way forever. It's so engrained in my brain I don't know how to fix it. I feel like I've tried everything yet all I do is make it worse, and I can't let go. I don't have any severe disorder but food literally takes up 95% of my life and my thoughts, andhas done for the last few years, and I'm tired of it, just how no idea how to fix it. Needless to say, my relationship with my body is completely distorted and I constantly tie my worth to my weight. As it's nothing critical I feel stupid going to a therapist or even a nutritionist and I've definitely never opened up to anyone about this cos it feels so stupid, which only makes me want to get worse. I feel like there is no solution now so I should just give in. Idk I'm sorry. Thanks. 💜
