...See more Earlier this evening I heard someone talking about being addicted to various things like anger and drama. There are times when I would imagine that I am addicted or more focused on self pity. I don’t have the hallmark life by any means, but I have so much to be grateful for and to celebrate. Yet, if there is something that can possibly weigh me down, I will let it. I just wanted to open up a chat about this.

...See more I am having a pretty intense day at work. Last night I read about winning and not whining. So here is my attempt at a gratitude list. I’m grateful for laughter I’m grateful for my hobbies - guitar, sign language, writing, exercise, hook latch artwork, gardening I’m grateful I will be seeing my family this evening.

...See more I am having a pretty intense day at work and instead of focusing on the problems, I know I need to be grateful. So, here is an attempt to be grateful: I’m grateful that my September weekend schedule is set. I’m grateful I got a little message: “Pat yourself on the back. No seriously! Do it now.” (This made me smile inside because I don’t give myself enough credit). I’m grateful that I am seeing family this evening.
