...See more So, first time poster, I have extremely jarring night time anxiety. I'll wake up yelling and thinking I'm genuinely about to die. What's worse is I'm completely alone in it, my wife usually yelling at me instead of calming me down or helping me find a solution. I know it's not on her to solve but it's hard. I feel alone in this. Anyone experiencing anything similar?
