Hey! My name is Liss and as a person with adult ADHD, I understand what it's like to navigate the complexity of emotions and daily tasks with a neuro-developmental disorder. I frequently find comfort in my husband, my family, friends, my two cats and of course with 7 Cups of Tea :) I may not understand what you're going through in your life, but I'm here to be a resource, a sounding board and a listener to whatever is going on in your life.
