...See more Hello everyone 👋🏼 Lately, I’ve been going through a difficult time. I feel anxiety that sometimes becomes very intense and hard to control. I feel lonely, like I don’t really have someone to talk to, and that has been making me feel sad and discouraged. There are days when everything feels heavier than usual, and it’s hard for me to keep going like before. That’s why I would like to talk to someone who can listen to me and help me understand better what I’m going through.💗😢
