...See more My boyfriend of 5 years has started a new job, he has become very close with this girl and it has made my anxiety really bad. I keep crying and saying I feel like he’s going to leave me and he keeps getting annoyed and that’s he’s not. However, every time he messages this girl he moves his phone away from me, I’ve also noticed he’s muted the notifications on WhatsApp for her messages. I know I shouldn’t have but I have looked on his phones few times, I looked again tonight and he has deleted all traces of their messages. How do I bring it up with him without saying I have looked on his phone?

...See more My fiancé has recently started a new job which involves shift work, I am struggling to adjust to his new routine as he is at home a lot less. He has also become very close with one of his colleagues and their friendship is making me paranoid that it might turn into something more as this has happened to me with a previous ex. I have brought it up with him and he told me I had nothing to worry about and was annoyed that I’d even said anything but I still can’t shift this feeling out of my head. Whenever he’s on his phone now he turns the screen away from me or waits to go on it when I’m not next to him. He used to get annoyed when I ‘looked’ at his phone anyway so not sure if he’s just doing it out of principle but it’s making my paranoia worse
