I know you're lying, and it's killing me, because I feel useless, helpless, and dumb. I know when you're not okay, I know when you're sad, angry, and anything else. I know that, and it's hurting me when you act like everything is "perfectly normal, thanks for your concern". I feel bad and shitty all day long, and thanks to that behavior, I just feel worse. I'm not needed, I'm not good enough to helping you, I'm just something you can push away. So, yeah, I'm <edited for language - KristenHR) angry right now. I just want to break something.
