I've gone though really rough times myself. I've been there done that! Trust me! I went to the extent of being suicidal. Was completely empathetic and let me say everything I had to say! put everything into perspective and was so understanding! the response time wasn't too great but I completely understood there would be delays so I'm not too fussed! brilliant listener and can count on going to her again!
