Still, I studied Science of Nutrition at University so I can offer my knowledge about food, eating disorders (particularly Binge Eating Disorder/Food Addiction, since I did my thesis on that) and natural healing (yeah, I improved my PCOS symptoms too thanks to that :D).

At last, like almost every girl in this foolish world I'm in love with "Love", so if you are seeking for advice or support..here I am :)

I'm not perfect, I'm far from reaching the inner peace. But I keep walking. With my 1000 mistakes and my 1000 fears. I believe that pain can teach you a lot. It hurts, but at the same time it allows you to connect with your soul and understand who you really are. Pain makes you a deeper person. And sure, it helps you to be more empath with people, that is what I hope to be with you <3
