...See more I have social anxiety and was diagnosed last may. Surprisingly within one year, my anxiety reduce and my doctor said she can let me go. This is a good news but I feel more anxious than happy. It feels like I need to survive on my own and I'm afraid I can't. Is it normal to feel this way?
