Hey! So glad you've found me on 7 cups of tea. I'm an active trained listener and I like to support anyone I can, especially if they are struggling with their mental health, self-worth, depression or self-harm.
I'm a big fan of going out for a walk or going to the gym to keep in shape but I'm also more than happy to lounge on the sofa with Netflix on the go!
