Learning to cope with anxiety w/o medicine. Help!

...See more I have been on Depression medicine for anxiety for the past two years. Last week I decided to come off of my medicine with the agreement of my counselor and my doctor. I know that I am strong enough to deal with this anxiety on my own. I am wanting some more tools to help me. What do you do to deal with daily anxiety as well as on coming panic attacks?
