...See more Does anyone else feel like, after they make a big decision, they’ve done absolutely the most wrong thing they could have ever done, only then you don’t know how to get back from it? Last year, I made a huge decision that would, hopefully, greatly impact my health and my ability to make it better. It took me literally months to to get to the point I am now, just over a week from the midpoint, and I’m second-guessing ALL of the decisions I have made around this. Do I really WANT to do it? Would it be possible to make the necessary changes WITHOUT doing this? WHY did I decide I wanted to do it? What was I thinking? Should I quit? No, because then everyone will call you a quitter, or a loser, so just do it. But now I’m not sure if I actually WANT to do it anymore! I’m just so damned confused and twisted up inside now…
