I honestly don’t know anymore…

Does anyone else feel like, after they make a big decision, they’ve done absolutely the most wrong thing they could have ever done, only then you don’t know how to get back from it?

Last year, I made a huge decision that would, hopefully, greatly impact my health and my ability to make it better. It took me literally months to to get to the point I am now, just over a week from the midpoint, and I’m second-guessing ALL of the decisions I have made around this. Do I really WANT to do it? Would it be possible to make the necessary changes WITHOUT doing this? WHY did I decide I wanted to do it? What was I thinking? Should I quit? No, because then everyone will call you a quitter, or a loser, so just do it. But now I’m not sure if I actually WANT to do it anymore! I’m just so damned confused and twisted up inside now…

@Maeve42 I am not sure if anyone actually knows what they are doing. It is completely fine to quit something, start something new, or change direction in your life. It's YOUR life and your the one living it. What you want matters, and sometimes we need something at a certain time and then we need something new. It doesn't make you a quitter. It makes you a human living your life the best that you can for you.

Trust yourself! You are the most equipped person to handle your life.
