Account hijacked, then banned?

...See more My listener account has been deactivated or banned for 2 months now. I have been trying to get it back but with no avail. I was totally caught off guard by this , and I tried to inform them about the fact that I use my account in places where it is susceptible to people using it, such as my school library. Often I forget to log out as I get distracted by friends or am running late for class. One time before I had my younger cousin use my account while I was logged in at his home. This was a long time ago and I was able to clear up any confusion about that in the past. However, it seems like nothing is getting my account unbanned.. I find this quite ridiculous as I was one of the highest rated and reviewed listeners on 7cups. The account was [removed]. Can someone please help? ...See more Hello, I am looking for support for my listener account. I was one of the highest rated and reviewed listeners on 7cups, and had taken a lot of confidence in helping others feel better and have someone to listen to them and support them. But, maybe a month or so ago , I was suddenly astounded to find out that my listener account was de-activated. I tried reviewing this thinking I had probably not responded to someone's messages quickly enough-- but still-- no response, no change. I put in a support ticket and got an email claiming that I was censored in a sexual chat. I have never engaged in any sexual chat as it is not something I give support for. I was completely shocked that this was the reason they gave me... I suspect that someone has been using my account while logged into public computers at my college. I have not been able to get this issue resolved as of yet-- and its quite disheartening as I put a lot of effort into helping others out. 7cups is my way of giving back to humanity and it was a great outlet for me-- for many reasons. I am just surprised at the lack of care and concern for listener's like myself that have hundreds of positive ratings and positive reviews. At this point I'm not sure who to reach out to--so I decided to post this here in an attempt to find someone who can help.
