Hi guys, Marissa here, I am volunteering as a listener because sometimes everyone needs an outlet, including me. I personally struggle with stress coping, exercise motivation, schoolwork, general relationships, bipolar, and anxiety. It sounds like a lot, and It can be but that’s the purpose of having listeners like myself to assist in any ways we can, for example by providing support and coping mechanisms. I look forward to meeting you guys and helping the community to take a step in the direction of positive mental health. Thank you.
